Refund policy

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product, we have a 30-day refund policy. 

During the Holiday Season (12/15/2022-1/15/2023) we have a 40-day refund policy.

To be eligible for a refund, you must present proof of purchase via either your order number, name or address and request a Return Authorization at customerservice@flawlesscanvas.com. Please briefly indicate the reason why want to return the product (s). Refund are automatically issued to the original form of payment. 

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we make it right.

Exceptions/non-returnable items: FlawlessCanvas products acquired at other Authorized Resellers or Medical offices do not qualify for instant refund by FlawlessCanvas.com. Please directly contact the original seller.
